Terms of Use
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of MoneyBot Academy, an educational platform for children, teens, parents, and guardians. By using the service, an adult user agrees to these Terms. A minor may use the service only as permitted by applicable law and, where required, with a parent or legal guardian’s authorization.
Educational purpose only
MoneyBot Academy provides general educational content about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, business, saving, budgeting, credit, taxes, and investing concepts. It does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, lending, or credit advice. Virtual money, simulations, scores, and business games have no real-world monetary value.
Minors and parents
Parents and guardians should supervise real-world financial decisions. A child must not use MoneyBot to open accounts, borrow money, purchase investments, enter contracts, or make other real financial transactions. Features available to minors may be restricted by age and parental controls.
Acceptable use
Users may not harass others, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, misuse AI features, upload unlawful material, circumvent safety controls, or share another person’s private information. Social features are intended for safe educational collaboration.
AI-generated content
Some explanations and learning activities may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Users should verify important information with a parent, guardian, teacher, or qualified professional.
Intellectual property
MoneyBot Academy’s original books, lessons, graphics, characters, exercises, software, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal educational use does not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, modified, suspended, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided for educational use without guarantees that any lesson, simulation, or AI response will produce a particular financial, academic, or business outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Contact
Questions about these Terms or requests involving a child’s account should be sent through MoneyBot Academy’s official contact channel. Before public launch, the operator’s legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and privacy email should be inserted in the Privacy Policy and parent notices.
