Parent & Guardian Safety Center

Understand how MoneyBot approaches children’s learning, privacy, AI, social features, and real-world financial decisions.

Children’s privacy

MoneyBot is designed to minimize children’s data and to use parental authorization where required by law.

Private by design

Children should never share addresses, phone numbers, school details, passwords, precise location, or social-media handles.

AI with adult oversight

MoneyBot AI is educational. Important financial, tax, credit, investment, or legal decisions require an adult and, when appropriate, a professional.

Parent controls

Parents may request access, deletion, or an end to further collection of a child’s personal information where applicable.

For children under 13

A child-directed service that collects personal information may be subject to COPPA. MoneyBot’s production registration flow should obtain verifiable parental consent before covered collection begins, unless a specific legal exception applies. A simple “I am a parent” checkbox is not a substitute for a compliant verification method.

Real money stays outside the game

MoneyBot uses educational examples and virtual money. Minors should involve a parent or guardian before opening a financial account, buying an investment, taking a loan, signing a contract, making a purchase, or acting on tax or legal information.
